Children's Activities

We run special events for children and young people at key times of the year.  This includes workshops at Easter and Christmas and social gatherings like our summer garden party – you are very welcome to come along.  We always give plenty of notice of activities here on the website and on the information screen in the Harbour Café. To be kept up to date regularly, let us know via the contact page.

Young Worship

We welcome young people of all ages to join us at St Barnabas on a Sunday morning.  There are activities every week alongside the regular 10.30am service.  Young Church groups meet on the 1st and 3rd Sundays and in the other weeks there are tabletop activities laid on.

St Barnabas in Schools

We work closely with many of the local schools, but we have special relationships with St Barnabas Primary School and Birches Green School.  Revd Freda regularly takes part in lessons and assemblies and the schools use St Barnabas for services and special events, such as leavers’ presentations.

The Creche

For the under-3s there is a supervised creche in the Coracle.  A child friendly space for parents and children to enjoy during Church events and services.

Join us, to search, to listen, to grow, to laugh, to feel part of something good.
