The Lighthouse Room is a versatile, bright and spacious room, which overlooks the churchyard and Erdington high street.

Situated on the second floor and with lift access, the room is suitable for meetings, conferences, training sessions and more.

Room Capacity
At full capacity, the Lighthouse Room comfortably holds up to 95 people theatre style and 80 people cabaret style. Other room configurations can be accommodated, dependent on your needs.

Day Rate - £275
Half Day (up to 4 hours) - £180
Evening prices are available upon request.
10% discount for registered charities and community groups*
10% discount on first room hire for new customers* (offer expires 31/12/24)
10% discount on block bookings of 10 separate dates* (room hire only)

Please note that there is no VAT on room hire.

The Lighthouse Room is available to hire Monday - Saturday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

• Stand alone projector and screen for presentations

• PA system with microphone

• Flipchart/pens/paper

• Wifi

• Lift access from the ground floor

• Air conditioning
