All are welcome to a smaller gathering, with a short, reflective service of Holy Communion.

The fourth Wednesday of each month is a service of prayer for healing with anointing. In these services we will focus on praying specifically for ourselves and for those known to us who need healing at this time, as well as the healing of our communities and world.

Refreshments are served afterwards in the Community Hub.

We warmly welcome everyone to our Sunday morning service, where the ringing of our church bells welcomes the community and calls us together for worship. The service includes prayers, readings, an address and hymns, with Holy Communion available for those who wish to receive.

On the first Sunday of each month, we hold an All-Age Holy Communion where we encourage and celebrate participation from our younger members.

Parents and carers with babies and toddlers are welcome to use our crèche facilities at the back of the church during Sunday service.

Refreshments are served in the Community Hub afterwards.

Birmingham Irish Association will continue to visit our Friday Welcome Space, offering fortnightly Arts and Crafts sessions. These relaxed, creative sessions are a chance to enjoy craft activities and connect with others.

No need to book, just turn up on the day!

Do you have a special connection to St Barnabas Churchyard? If you are passionate about community, nature, or simply want to make a positive impact, we need YOU!

Whether you are an experienced gardener or just eager to lend a hand, everyone is welcome. The project is thoroughly risk assessed, and volunteers will be provided with all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.

Together, we can transform the churchyard into a safe and serene space for everyone.

Please ensure you wear suitable footwear and clothing, considering the weather!

Do you or someone you know, need support with school uniform and supplies? Simply School Supplies are hosting a number of local pop-up events to help with heavily discounted and free pre-loved uniform.

Donations of new or clean, good-quality school uniform can be left in the donation box at reception during our normal activity hours. For hygiene reasons, please do not donate underwear or socks unless they are brand new and unopened.
